Wollombi Wines is an Australian business, and all pricing is displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Wollombi Wines are bound by the NSW Fair Trading obligations for product exchange and refund. Wollombi Wines are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Please keep your proof of purchase, for example, your receipt.
Orders & Delivery
All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Wollombi Wines. Wollombi Wines may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you. If Wollombi Wines requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Wollombi Wines, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase.
Your order will be despatched from the winery within 3 business days of ordering and you will be sent a Fastway Couriers tracking number by email. Delivery will occur within 2-4 business days after despatch for most major cities and local areas in NSW. Delivery to major cities in other states will occur within 2-7 business days after despatch. Delivery to regional areas may take up to 10 business days, dependent on your location. Wollombi Wines or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by Wollombi Wines as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Wollombi Wines to be authorised to receive the goods. If your goods include products in respect of which the law prescribes a minimum age for purchase, you must be over the age of 18 years (or such other minimum age as is prescribed by the law), and you must ensure that a person over that age is available to accept delivery of the goods. Wollombi Wines may refuse to deliver the goods if the person receiving the goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age. If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive the order, Wollombi Wines may charge you additional delivery fees. Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged. Wollombi Wines reserves the right to restrict sales to retail quantities when supplying resellers and distributors.
All our products are sent to you in good condition and packaged correctly, we cannot guarantee the condition of the product on arrival. Wollombi Wines aims to include up-to-date images of all of the goods on this website, however our picture of the goods may differ from the actual goods.
Prices & Payment
For each online order, you must pay:
- the applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by Wollombi Wines; and
- the delivery and handling fee specified on the website at that time. Your order details are safe and secure. We only accept payments using the methods stated on the website. We are unable to accept COD charges. Payment must be cleared before the goods are dispatched.
