Wollombi Wines features a rich history, with the first vines planted in 1994. Originally tended and cultivated by the Hoft family, Wollombi Wine reflects the tender care taken over years of personal interest in producing the highest quality grapes, focusing on quality, not quantity.
Wollombi Wines’ 25-year-old Semillon and Shiraz vines are particularly special to us, with these varieties receiving little to no irrigation, with low yields and an extremely high product.
