2 years in the making our 2023 Shiraz is finally coming out of our French Oak Cask! It has a bright pink/purple colour, with a medium density. Our Shiraz as fragrant red fruits – morello cherry, raspberry, cranberry – nice florals with a mild pepperiness. The 2023’s palate is elegant, red fruited, silky tannins with subtle oak influence.
