Overture comes from the French word for “opening” because it “opens” the show, or in this case the first bottling of our 2022 sparkling rosé. The bottles have been turned 8 degrees daily for 2 years, in the méthode traditionnelle, and we are happy to announce this first bottling, the Overture.
